Agreement
By using Broker, operated by Broker (company name to be confirmed), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Accounts
- You must give a working Egyptian mobile number and keep your password private
- You are responsible for everything done with your account
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms
Listings
- List only property you own or are authorised to market, with true prices, sizes and photos
- Listings may be reviewed, edited for format, rejected or removed if they break these terms or the law
- Featured tiers (such as Premium) change where a listing appears, not what we check
Payments
- Prices for featured listings and packages are shown before you pay and include any applicable taxes
- Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers
- Refunds are handled case by case; contact us within 14 days
Contacting listers
Broker connects people; agreements, viewings and payments for a property are between you and the lister. Never pay a deposit before you have seen the property and its papers.
Liability
We work to keep the information correct but do not guarantee listings. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from dealings between users.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date of the last change. Egyptian law applies.
