Who is responsible
Broker (company name to be confirmed) (registered address to be confirmed) runs Broker and is responsible for your data.
What we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email and, if you choose, a photo
- Listings you post, with photos and location
- Messages you send us through the contact form
- Payment records (the amount and status; card details stay with our payment provider)
Anonymous statistics
We record anonymous views and clicks to show owners how their listings perform; no IP addresses are stored. Raw records are deleted after 13 months.

- To run your account and show your listings
- To show your number to signed-in visitors who ask to contact you
- To prevent fraud and keep the service secure
- To answer your messages
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run the service for us (hosting, SMS, email, payments) and when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Edit your profile or delete your account at any time
- Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it: support@brokerapp.me
Cookies
The site uses a sign-in cookie, a language cookie and your theme choice. It does not use advertising cookies.
